Celebrating McGinley Support Services' Diamond Award Achievement on HS2

McGinley Support Services is proud to announce that we have achieved the prestigious Diamond award in the SCS Joint Venture (JV) Supplier Performance Reviews. This accolade reflects our exceptional performance on the HS2 Main Works Lots S1 and S2, a major infrastructure project that underscores the critical role we play in supporting the UK's ambitious transportation initiatives.

The Diamond award is the highest level of recognition in the Supplier Performance Reviews, given to suppliers who have consistently demonstrated excellence over four consecutive quarters. Achieving this award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our teams across the business.

What the Award Means

SCS Railways awards certificates based on quarterly performance reviews, which are scored out of 1000. Suppliers scoring 800 or above are recognised as High-Speed Blue suppliers. The levels of certificates awarded are as follows:

1 Consecutive Quarter: High-Speed Blue status

2 Consecutive Quarters: Gold Certificate

3 Consecutive Quarters: Platinum Certificate

4 Consecutive Quarters: Diamond Certificate

Our achievement of the Diamond award demonstrates our sustained excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality performance on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects.

Our Role in HS2

McGinley Support Services supplies skilled labour to the SCS JV on HS2 as part of a collaborative labour desk. We provide a range of recruitment services and activities, both on and off-site, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and safety knowledge to perform to the highest standards.
