Leadership Announcement: Fiona Burke Appointed as Workforce Strategy and Operations Director

We are delighted to announce that Fiona Burke has been appointed as our new Workforce Strategy and Operations Director.

Fiona has played a central role in shaping McGinley’s culture and direction for over 13 years, having previously served as HR Director. Her contribution has helped us build a people-first approach to business, enabling us to deliver for clients while nurturing and developing our workforce at every level.

In her new role, Fiona will lead strategic workforce planning and operational effectiveness across the business. This appointment marks a continued investment in how we structure and support our teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet both the demands of today and the ambitions of tomorrow.
