Major 5 year contract win with Network Rail

McGinley is delighted to have been awarded five lots for Network Rail's £950 million contract for CP6 Frontline labour.

Our approach to this will be to deliver a holistic workforce management service.  We look forward to collaborating with Network Rail and our supply chain to deliver a competent and effective workforce.

A key part of the contract is to deliver a strong programme of social value.  We look forward to working with local communities and various under-represented groups to shape that over the next five (possibly eight) years.

McGinley is responsible for 100% of contingent labour in three routes, following a big contract win with Network Rail.  From 1 October 2021, we are covering:

  • Southern: Wessex
  • NW&C: North West
  • NW&C: Central & West Coast Mainline South
  • Electrification (nationwide)
  • Signalling (nationwide)

We are recruiting.  If you have experience in the rail sector, and want to progress your career, we can help you.

Maximise your long-term earning potential

We will be offering more training to maintain your existing competences, plus learn new skills so you can get more senior roles and earn more money.

We want you all to get the full career benefits from the busy rail sector.

Job security and benefits
