McGinley Launch New Safety Initiative

Today McGinley launches a new safety initiative, FUSION designed to further integrate our safety function with operations and delivery units. Sean McGinley, Business Support Director comments “It’s clear to us that progressively influencing the behaviour of  workers, customers and staff in their day to day operations is key to further reducing risk in businesses with high levels of workers in the field, FUSION rolls out a number of organisational changes and targets ways of pushing safety right into the heart of daily activities”. Although a dedicated safety team has been in place for many years, FUSION seeks to put those safety staff in touch with more workers, customers and operating staff on a more regular basis than ever before with better quality messages for all stakeholders. The object of McGinley’s  FUSION initiative is to further reduce risk, accidents and incidents.
