McGinley Shortlisted in the Wolverhampton College Awards!

McGinley Support Services (Infrastructure) Ltd has been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year at the upcoming Wolverhampton College Awards. This recognition highlights the company's unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive and development-focused work environment for our apprentices. 

The nomination is a testament to McGinley's innovative upskilling and apprenticeship programmes, which have significantly enhanced our workforce's competencies and career prospects. Over the past year, McGinley has successfully recruited over 160 apprentices, with a particular focus on under-represented individuals and those previously unemployed. This effort has diversified the workforce and provided valuable opportunities for professional growth. 

Adding to the company's accolades, three of McGinley's apprentices have been shortlisted for the Apprentice of the Year award. These talented individuals exemplify the dedication and hard work that McGinley's training programmes instil, making them standout candidates for this honour.
