McGinley Support Services design a Christmas card challenge

A cheery snowman drawn by Briony, aged 4 from Genesis Class at St John’s CofE Primary School has been chosen as the favourite entry in the McGinley Support Services design a Christmas Card Challenge.

The design will appear on McGinley Support Services Christmas cards, to be sent to over 1500 individuals and organisations across the UK and beyond.

Briony received a box of cards with her design on along with a gift voucher and teddy bear for the School Library.

Dermot McGinley said “It was a very difficult task to pick our favourite from all of the wonderful entries that we received from St John’s CofE Primary School. It’s definitely the case that nobody can capture the Christmas spirit quite like a child. Briony’s design stood out for me as a perfect summary of Winter and Christmas Spirit, and I am proud to be sending it out as our official Christmas Card for 2017”

Helen Langeveld Headteacher at St John's C of E Primary  School added “St John's is thrilled to have such a positive relationship with McGinley. It is fantastic to have such supportive neighbours and we look forward to working together as the school develops.”

Well done to all students at St John’s CofE Primary School. We can’t wait for next year.
