McGinley Support Services is thrilled to announce its recognition as one of The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers in England.
The award, presented annually by the Department for Education in collaboration with High Fliers Research, celebrates outstanding apprenticeship employers and showcases McGinley's unwavering commitment to fostering new apprenticeships, promoting diversity and ensuring the successful achievement of apprenticeship goals.
Receiving the award in a live broadcast featuring esteemed guests Gillian Keegan, Secretary of State for Education, and Robert Halfon MP, Minister for Skills, Apprenticeships & Higher Education Fiona Burke, HR Director commented:
“This year there were more than 800 employer applicants for the rankings, so this is a fantastic achievement for our team’s first year of entry. We take immense pride in our apprentices and their achievements, our apprentices come from diverse backgrounds, but they all share a common trait - a strong work ethic and a passion for learning.”
McGinley Support Services recognises that the success of its apprenticeship programs is also attributed to the outstanding contributions of its training providers, namely Intertrain (UK) Ltd, National Infrastructure Solutions (NIS), and The Skills Centre. These valued partners play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training that equips apprentices with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the industry.
As McGinley Support Services continues to champion apprenticeship excellence, the company looks forward to empowering more aspiring individuals, creating opportunities, and fostering a bright future for apprentices across England.
