McGinley supports the Big Rail Diversity Challenge 2019

McGinley Support Services is pleased to announce that we are supporting the Big Rail Diversity Challenge 2019, for the fourth year running. 

The Big Rail Diversity Challenge, brought to the industry by Women in Rail, seeks to raise awareness for the benefits of gender diversity through a series of mental and physical challenges undertaken by teams with a gender ratio of 50% female and 50% male.

A cross between “It’s a Knockout” and “Krypton Factor”, The Big Rail Diversity Challenge provides participants with an opportunity to network, team build and fundraise whilst undertaking fun gender-balanced team challenges.
