Strengthening Our Leadership Team

We are pleased to announce the appointment of David Cairncross as Regional Operations Director at MSS Infrastructure (MSSI).

This appointment reflects our continued investment in leadership capability as we support customers across complex, multi-site infrastructure projects. David brings extensive experience in overseeing large-scale recruitment operations, workforce mobilisation and regional account delivery within highly regulated environments.

In his role, David will oversee MSSI’s Regional Accounts, providing senior operational leadership and working closely with account management and resourcing teams to ensure consistent service delivery, strong governance and a high-quality customer experience.

David’s background includes leading high-volume workforce programmes, supporting national infrastructure delivery and working closely with clients to align workforce planning with project requirements. His focus will be on maintaining service standards, strengthening delivery frameworks and supporting long-term customer partnerships.
