Supporting diversity in the rail sector

In support for greater gender diversity, in the rail industry, McGinley Support Services has entered a team into the Big Rail Diversity Challenge for a third year running.

The challenge, which is a cross between it’s a Knockout and the Krypton Factor, will see each team made up of 50 percent female and 50 percent male members, compete head to head in numerous mental and physical challenges throughout the day.
