Team McGinley attends Birmingham Pride

Our team had a great time at Birmingham Pride (UK) Ltd 2022 over the weekend with our client Balfour Beatty VINCI. They donned their team shirts and face paint to join the parade, and wave the rainbow flag to show support for the LGBTQ+ community.

Getting involved with events like this is just one of the ways we are encouraging an inclusive working environment. We've also got lots planned this week as part of National Inclusion Week.
