With a career spanning decades in the UK’s infrastructure construction and operations markets, Jon brings a wealth of experience, industry expertise, and a strong network of key decision-makers to our team.

Jon has held senior positions at leading infrastructure providers, including John Laing Civil Engineering, Birse Construction, Balfour Beatty, and Altrad. His impressive background covers multiple key sectors, including Rail, Highways, Ports & Harbours, Water, Renewables, Nuclear, and Defence. His extensive operational and work-winning experience places him in a strong position to help drive McGinley’s continued success across these industries.
