SUMMARY OF DUTIES
As a Technical recruitment consultant you will be targeting clients/candidates in the Civil Engineering Infrastructure market. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle including sourcing and resourcing candidates, handling existing accounts as well as new business development liaising with key clients to drive sales forward. Your main focus will be to develop with the Technical and Professional side of the business on a warm desk dealing with perm and contract roles. In an autonomous environment you will be given the best tools to succeed and excellent remuneration for your hard work.
