We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer looking for their next step in to the lucrative and fast paced world of bluecollar rail recruitment! You will ideally be working on a bluecollar desk already, experience is rail track roles is desirable but not essential. You will already have successful track record but looking to take your career to the next step in to a more senior position.

Due to continued success in the market we are expanding the team and looking for a top resourcer to join us in our head office in Watford.

This is a fast paced role working on volume recruitment for all aspects of blue-collar civil engineering rail roles. You will be tasked with increasing the candidate base solely for the track delivery arm of our business on a national basis. The right candidate will have the confidence and tenacity to push the central function forward.

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer includes but is not limited to:

*Delivering an end to end recruitment and selection proceeds that exceeds the expectations of the Company, as well as candidates and applicants.
*Actively and pro-actively sourcing quality candidates across using various mediums
*Updating recruitment database
*Liaising with successful/unsuccessful applicants
*Collating delegates personal date
*Managing front end compliance prior to applicants being offered roles
