As an Apprentice Administrator you will be undergoing general admin duties on a daily basis as well as completing a level 2 apprenticeship.

Main Duties will include:

*Dealing with correspondence and drafting emails
*Collating documents, photocopying and filing
*Responding to client/worker queries by phone and email
*Checking application packs are completed by each candidate
*Scanning documents
*Updating records on databases
*Assisting with weekly payroll and timesheets
*General admin duties

To be successful in this role you should be/have:

*Attention to detail
*Excellent communication with strong language skills, both written and verbal
*Good organisational skills
*MS Office packages
*A willingness to help other members of your team on a flexible basis

Full training will be provided through mentoring within the office and also in partnership with an external training provider.
