As a Recruitment Administrator in our busy business support team, you'll ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. By providing excellent recruitment administration, you'll help our teams to really focus on our clients. You'll make sure we don't cut corners, and that timesheet/payroll information is quick and easy to locate.
The person right for the role needs to be well organised, enthusiastic on the phone, has good attention to detail and work well in a team. With the attitude of 'going the extra mile'.
Whilst some of your tasks may be repetitive, the ability to make a difference to our team and clients makes this an extremely important role. The role would therefore suit someone who has a genuine interest in helping our team deliver an exceptional service.
*Data Input and large volume timesheet processing
*Liaising with workforce regarding timesheets and payroll related tasks
*Recruitment administrative duties
*Ordering PPE for workforce
*Reconciling the weekly worker accommodation booking
Core competencies of this role
*Previous administration experience in a recruitment agency is highly desirable
*Excellent communication with strong language skills, both written and verbal
*Good organisational skills
*MS Office packages and preferably RDB Pro database experience
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
*Methodical and thorough approach to work
*Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
*A great team player
*A desire to show initiative
