What Will You Be Doing
The Trades & Labour Senior Recruitment Consultant will have full control of developing new and established business throughout the UK. You will be required to grow and develop the number of temp workers placed on site by the way of networking, cold calling & site visits, along with regular advertising to attract new candidates using various means such as job boards, job centres, websites and social media. As an experienced consultant you will be given the opportunity to add to your team and grow the business accordingly in line with the company's strategic growth plans. You will also be required to update the company database, ensuring all candidates are monitored & maintained in accordance with all governing bodies.

As a Senior Recruiter you must be experienced in winning at all levels, you will be professional, self-motivated, punctual, ambitious and able to build strong, long lasting relationships. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of sales within a construction recruitment environment. What's On Offer
The Trades & Labour Senior Recruitment Consultant will be rewarded with a basic salary of £24,000 - £30,000 depending on previous experience, with uncapped commission structures.
