We have an exciting new opportunity as Administrative Assistant based in Lewes, East Sussex. This is a contract role, full time Monday - Friday, until the 31st January 2019.
Successful candidates will have experience in providing professional response to customer enquiries via phone, email and letter; in taking ownership of outstanding queries through resolution within previously agreed time-frame and able to record information accordingly; an ability to respond to customer complaints with the priority to resolve at first contact where applicable, and the understanding to escalate, when appropriate, to the suitable personnel.
Ideally candidates will have a background in customer service or administrative positions and be able to communicate clearly and precisely. This role is perfect for anyone who is interested in progressing in an administrative position as it offers potential contract extensions and as a stepping stone to other possibilities.
