The Assistant Construction Manager role will be supporting the construction management team, overseeing outside contractors onto site.
You will be responsible for ensuring contractors are aware of relevant access, health & safety, competencies and quality requirements for work on project, plus other associated supervisory tasks.
Successful candidate will have proven supervisory experience in rail civils projects with valid SSSTS or similar and NEBOSH. Knowledge of working health & Safety and environmental issues would be required with good written communication skills and report writing.
This role has been determined as inside IR35.
