Are you looking to get into the railway industry, or continue your progression within this bustling sector? McGinely's has a new exciting opportunity as an Assistant Construction Manager for a strong candidate with experience in construction and railway industry, and in supervisory and managing type roles.

Working Monday to Friday in London, on a 35hour week, we're looking for someone with experience of undertaking ES/PIC/COSS and Site Warden duties ensuring sound works are being monitored and use of handback forms in accordance with accepted risk asset method statements, design and safety system of works. The rates are based on £250 as a day rate and £285 as a weekend/night rate.

Main duties will be monitoring liaising with the client in regards to progress and monitoring project costs. Monitoring contractors' site activities on or near the railway to confirm that the site activities are conducted in a safe manner with minimum impact on the Operational railway.

Successful candidates will need PTS; clean driving licence and transport; good understanding of Rule Book Site Safety arrangements; and ES, PIC, COSS, Site Warden or IWA.
