If you're a qualified Building Surveyor with experience of managing a varied portfolio of property and assets in the rail environment, we have a Glasgow based 6 month contract role that could be your next role.
Working for a major rail asset management organisation that also owns and operates a large and varied property portfolio, you will be responsible for organising and managing property with regards to active and reactive maintenance, service charges and renewals, as well as inspections to ensure all statutory landlord obligations are being met, plus general property management and building surveying expertise.
Successful candidate will be a formally qualified building surveyor (RICS/CIOB) with a degree in a relevant subject. Experience in working in a rail environment with knowledge of rail possessions would be required due to proximity of some assets to track. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
This role is for a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
