Commissioning Manager is required for long-term (10 month) contract for major energy organisation involved in construction in Compensator Plants within existing power plant in Kent.
Commissioning Manager will be responsible for managing the interfaces between multi-disciplinary engineering teams, both internal stakeholders and contractor partner with regards to commissioning of power station.
Some off-peak working (nights/weekends) may be required.
Successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams on commissioning programmes on power station or capital generation infrastructure projects. Educated to HNC/HND in relevant engineering subject, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will also have CDM construction knowledge and in-depth knowledge of UK electricity industry safety rules and procedures. Good IT skills (MS Office, Project & Primavera) would also be required.
This role has been determined Outside of IR35 for Limited Company Contractors.
