An opportunity has arisen for an M&E focused Project Co-ordinator working for major rail organisation on a London station project for an initial 4 months.
Major works are being undertaken on this station, and a Project Co-Ordinator is required to ensure key M&E assets are being maintained and key stakeholders (both internal and external) are aware of asset maintenance protection issues. This can include but not limited to; HVAC, lighting, electrical, building fabric, carpentry and decor.
Successful candidate will have good project co-ordination skills as well as knowledge of asset management and M&E processes. Excellent stakeholder liaison skills are required as this role offers a layer of protection to ensure asset damage issues are minimised during significant project works. A project management qualification would be great, but not essential, as would CDM knowledge. Rail experience is not critical, but a working knowledge of Asset Management and M&E issues would be great.
This role is for a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
