A proven Project Manager is required for an initial 3 month contract for major rail infrastructure organisation, based in Central London.
The role's focus will be on land development, promoting strategy to potentially commercially develop owned land and assets. This role will require extensive stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
Successful candidate will have proven project management experience with excellent stakeholder management skills, ideally for a management consultancy or land development organisation. Rail experience would potentially be advantageous but not essential.
This role has been determined inside IR35.
