A Scheme Project Manager is required to work client side on a large £150 million London Station project, working as part of a wider mega infrastructure project. This is an initial 6 month project, primarily as part of a virtual project management team, but some weekly travel to site required.
Duties will include managing key interfaces with this project and other major projects in the area, leading on track and civils aspects work on project, and liaising with maintenance team.
Successful candidate will have proven experience of project managing client-side on major multi disciplinary rail projects. A good knowledge of commercial management would be required including contract administration and working on target cost contracts. Somebody with knowledge of safety methods would also be highly sought after for this role.
This role is for a publicly funded organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
