McGinley Support Services are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator for a 6 month contract based in Milton Keynes
The role is inside IR35 - Rate will be paid up to £150 per day via umbrella company PAYE or up to £117.92 for direct PAYE with McGinley Support Services (if PAYE Via McGinley you will also accrue holiday pay during this contract)
Candidate with be aligned with a specific route and will be the interface for the IT team and client customers for service requests.
Standard telecoms requests, tend to be telephony based -
New phone extension/phone lines
Phone pin resets etc.
Complex telecoms requests, tend to be internet set up etc. -
i.e. when a route moves building or into temporary accommodation, the team manage the IT, i.e. data connect requests.
These sort of requests involve -
Ensuring the correct approvals
Ensuring delivery of hardware
Booking the works with suppliers i.e BT
Testing the works etc.
Experience requirements -
Role is 75% speaking to customers so strong CS skills needed
Strong IT Skills
Strong Excel skills
Dealing with telecoms products
Service Delivery Experience
Telecoms / IT experience
Technical order management or delivery experience
