Site Administrator wanted for a long-term ongoing contract for a construction company with the site based in Longford. As this is a site based role, ideally you would need to come from a construction or civils background.
In this role you will be accountable for updating and uploading to 4Project with DABs, NABs, RAMS and TS. Also, compiling site diaries with Engineers feedback and liaising with the commercial team, making them aware of relevant job sheets and other sub-contractor documents.
Successful candidates will have experience working in administrator based role with knowledge of 4Project, and ideally within construction, rail or engineering environment. Also candidates will need excellent interpersonal communications and organisational skills, with knowledge of relevant IT systems.
