We are currently looking for a Site Administrator or Document Controller for a London based multi-disciplined specialist contractor, for various locations throughout the City of London.
The main role and responsibilities of the Site Administrator will be managing the daily administrative duties through all correspondence, documentation and paperwork in paper and electronic format
And scanning all documentation onto the in-house system and Excel spread sheets as required. Assisting with site inductions and dealing with the team from Project Managers to Labourers as well as Head Office, Sub-contractors and Main Contractors.
General office duties including liaising with visitors on site, monitoring the site telephone, document scanning and filing, sending reports to client and sub-contractors, inputting site instructions on site and archiving files
You must be able to use your own initiative and work within a team. You will need to have good communication, interpersonal and time management skills and must be IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Consistency and attention to detail is essential. Experience of working within a busy Construction environment is desirable.
