McGinley Support Services has been a key partner for Network Rail since May 2016, supplying skilled welding resources for defect removal, re-railing, and maintenance works. The contract was renewed in 2023 for an additional five years, with a potential two-year extension, reflecting the ongoing success and mutual trust in this collaboration.   • Primary and Secondary Area Allocation: Focusing primarily on Anglia and Wessex, with secondary coverage in Kent, Sussex, and London/Central.
  • Guaranteed Shifts: Ensuring each resource has a minimum of four shifts per week, with peak demands increasing to five shifts.
  • Efficient Booking System: Utilising Network Rail's Call Off Order Process Management system (COOM) for streamlined bookings.
  • Performance and Payment Management: Maintaining high performance standards and managing payments within a 14-day term from invoice submission.

Value-Added Initiatives
