Great minds think differently

With over 7 million people (17.5%) of working age in the UK being registered disabled or as having a health condition  McGinley Support Services is committed to being a Disability Confident employer and has now gained an employer status to support this ongoing commitment.

Like many inclusive employers, we have previously found it hard to attract disabled candidates through our usual recruitment channels.  By becoming Disability Confident we are now benefiting from being able to draw from the widest possible pool of talent, and are securing, retaining and developing disabled staff who are skilled, loyal and hard working.

We will continue our journey in this area and hope to be a Disability Confident Leader within the next 12 months.
