McGinley Support Services achieve the Armed Forces Covenant Bronze Award

McGinley Support Services is delighted to announce that we have received a Bronze Award for the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme for our work on our Military Resettlement Scheme and partnership with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) over the last 5 years.

The Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme encourages employers to support defence and inspire other businesses to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community.

Moving into civilian life can be challenging without thinking about work which is why we’re here to provide ex-Armed Forces with advice and guidance, so they have the correct support to ease into working life.

We aim to promote being armed forces-friendly and employ reservists, cadets or military spouses/partners; at the current time, we have ex-armed forces working at McGinley Support Services in support function roles.

By achieving this bronze award we pledging to maintain and further develop our commitment in providing our armed forces and their community with the support they deserve.”
