New Appointment

We are pleased to announce David Pateman has joined McGinley as the new Managing Director of our ‘Civil Engineering - Recruitment and Support Services Division’.

David joins us with a significant background in the construction industry and extensive experience of working on large and complex infrastructure projects for major civil engineering organisations.

With full responsibility for the leadership and development of the Civil Engineering division, David’s appointment will further enhance our understanding of the needs of our major infrastructure customers allowing us to build and execute an improved service over the coming years.

As MD for the Civil Engineering Division, I look forward to leading and further enhancing the McGinley brand in markets that we already excel in; and to also explore exciting new opportunities in the wider infrastructure and utility sectors.

It is my aim to share my 30+ years of Infrastructure knowledge with the team and our clients to develop a truly collaborative offering and continue to be a delight for our customers to deal with.”
